Further, the finances are supplemented by advance payments received on Equity Participation on certain specified areas where national and International giants have entered into Joint Ventures/ Collaborations for Extraction. Regular Mining on these lands ensures regular inflow of our share, which is adequate to make our firm self dependent not only for meeting its requirements and needs but also for further development and expansion. The three pronged methodology of the firm for extraction, as explained in foregoing paragraphs, ensures surplus finances available for expansion and development. Our firm is in the process of getting converted into Limited Company and plans to go public and float IPO’s. Our firm has a policy of Zero Borrowing from the Financial Institutions and Banks which saves the incidence of interest and we do not even require any external finance except in the shape of capital and stock options.
